The Cycle of Insanity, The Real Story of Waterpresented by the surfrider foundation
The Cycle of Insanity: The Real Story of Water is a short, animated film made by a collaboration of activists at The Surfrider Foundation. Several chapters facing the same issues combined their talents and funds to create the film. Actress Zuleikha Robinson agreed to narrate it.
The premise of the film is that although the water cycle we all learn in the 4th grade is technically correct, in reality, the water supply is now managed, and society is incredibly dependent on good management. The film dives into controversial problems and solutions related to water management and serves as a practical outline for citizens curious about water issues. There are multiple targets in the intended audience including the general public, public agencies and government officials.
