Bobby Long

Bobby Moved to London from the west country three years ago to create music and write and play as much as possible. He is currently working on an ep and co-wrote a song with Marcus Foster that was used on the Twilight Soundtrack. His music is like drops of rain on a bull fighter's back. Like punches breaking through a windy gail. His influences range from Dylan to Elliott Smith to chopping wood in the night with a rusty spoon.

Bobby Long is an old soul. When hearing his Bob Dylan inspired blues folk it’s hard to tell he is just 22 years old. Somewhat of story teller, Bobby Long writes songs which breathe a labyrinth of imagery that is both fragile and heartrending. His live show is entirely captivating - allowing his endearing charm to sparkle with pure intimacy.

It is his talent for song writing that got the track ‘Let Me Sign’ (co written by Marcus Foster) to be one of the featured songs in the blockbuster film ‘Twilight’- sung by the lead character, Robert Pattinson.

Bobby will be visiting The Loft as part if a 35 date tour across America.
