ArtPower! Film and UCSD Music professor Shlomo Dubnov present Kamza and Bar Kamza, a site-specific installation and performance piece created for The Loft, featuring Distinguished Professor of Music at UCSD, Steven Schick, and UCSD Professor of Music Philip Larson. As part of the Architecture + Cinema series, Kamza and Bar Kamza tells the Talmudic story of the fall of Jerusalem in a multimedia hyper-cinema experience that includes video, online chatting, hypertext, and live debate.

Pre-show music 6:45-7pm mixed by Jose Ignacio Lopez including contemporary electronic artists from Latin-America and Europe, such as Fizzarum, Lali Puna, Telefon Telaviv, El Lazo Invisible, Loopdrop, Sigur Ros, and more!
